Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm.
For Members only
All Members are invited to bring artwork to be critiqued and join in the discussions that help all of us to grow as artists. Held the first Tuesday of every month for Signature Members and the third Tuesday of every month for Associate Members, 7:00 - 9:30 pm at the Clubhouse. We cannot thank our Critique Facilitators enough for their kind dedication, helpfulness, insight and invaluable information provided free of charge to Club Members. They have our sincere gratitude.

Dinner Meetings are held on the third Friday of the month unless otherwise noted. Dinner reservations are mandatory and the reservation deadline is 4:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to the Dinner Meeting. You must cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. Please call to cancel so you are not charged for the dinner. The Dinner Chairperson maintains a permanent list for dinner reservations, call once to put your name on the list. You must renew annually.

The submission deadline is the 10th of each month prior to publication. However, we encourage you to send articles when they are ready regardless of deadlines. To submit, email information to the Dragonfly Editor. All submissions will receive full consideration for publication and the Editor reserves the right to edit submissions for style, clarity or available space.
Member submissions are also welcome to be posted to the Cincinnati Art Club website and may include member news, artwork, websites, call for entries, exhibit opportunities, links or other items of interest to members and artists.

Exhibit Drop Off
Drop off before Shows at the Club, paintings are to be delivered during Sketch Group hours on the Monday afternoon l:00 - 4:00 pm (4 days before a Show Opening) and on the previous Thursday evening 7:00 - 9:30 pm (the week prior to the Show Oening — not the day before the Opening). Paintings dropped off after the Monday deadline will not be hung. Deadlines will be enforced.
Exhibit Pick Up
Pick up after shows at the Club will also be during Sketch Group hours the week immediately following the show closing. When Dinner meetings occur the same week, we ask exhibitors to pick up artwork the following week.

For Members only
Weekly: Monday afternoon l - 4 pm and Thursday evening 7 - 9:30 pm
Sketch Group provides the opportunity to work from life. Live models for clothed portrait or nude figure sessions are provided at no cost and alternate each week. A Sketch Group monitor is present to set up poses and keep posing times. Easels, benches, stools, etc. are provided for use and attendees are welcome to work in any media but must bring their own supplies.
Bad Weather Policy
If the University of Cincinnati and/or the Cincinnati Public Schools District are closed due to bad weather, Sketch Group will also be cancelled.
