How to get your
information published on the Cincinnati
Art Club websiteand in the Dragonfly:
We accept information via email only. Please send complete
information
(who, what, where, when, address of venue, hours, website
link) in
a cut and paste format (text). Images must be saved as a jpeg
with eitherthe width or height no larger than 500 pixels and not embedded in the text.
We want to make it
easy for you to promote your work and there is no deadline
when to submit information for the website. Please make it easy for us to post
it.
If your
information is ready to go and we can “cut and paste” the information
into the website, your info will be posted rapidly. Incomplete, inaccurate, and
out of date info will not be posted. Please email website info to
janpolk@cincinnatiartclub.com .
Note:
Information on the website is not part of the permanent record of the
club.
The monthly Dragonfly is our permanent record; they require
a 3 week lead time which
means their deadline
is the 5th of the month preceding publication month.

Our website works like any other media outlet. If you want to be seen, you need to take the initiative and send your information to us.
Please thank Linda Crank for all her work. Linda now manages our www.cincinnatiartclub.net website. She posts all the online Dragonfly info, pdfs and pictures. I post all the text on our www.cincinnatiartclub.com website. The two websites are interconnected.
